Anisa Rita brings a wealth of legal expertise, with over a decade of experience, to her role as the managing partner at ALF LLP. In this capacity, she leads the firm’s operations and advises clients mainly in the areas of corporate and real estate law. Anisa holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and has further sharpened her legal skills with an Advanced Negotiation certificate from Harvard University.

An advocate for legal education, Anisa has taught "Issues in Canadian Law" at Humber College, teaching the course and has guided aspiring future lawyers in mock trial strategies through the Ontario Justice Education Network (OJEN).

Anisa is deeply committed to community service. She is currently spearheading a charity initiative to build the first Albanian Canadian community center and advises on the St. Joseph's Planned Giving Advisory Council.

Anisa's commitment to the legal community is reflected in her leadership roles, including serving as President of Young Women in Law until 2024 and founding the Albanian Canadian Lawyers Association, where she also served as President. Additionally, she has contributed her expertise to The Advocates' Society's Young Advocates Standing.
